Work in Bugis was extremely fun yet stressful. Worked with
Xiaoling, Irene, Polly, CK, Javier and Max. It was hella fun to have Max and CK around. Sales was bad. Ah lam aka Big boss came down and stress the hell outta us. Constant faggin breaks with CK and Javier. Jolly environment. Me love.
Well, I wanna talk about IP Zone incharge in Bugis -
CK aka Chicken Little. Not that Im in love with him or whatever. But it's just the respect I have for him.
Being a stout and sturdy person, he maybe one of those people, whom you bump on streets and the 1st thing that goes in your mind is "ee.. Ah beng lehh.." True enough, with anggongs on both of his upperarm, mohawk hairstyle, rather toned body and the way he walks, 1st impression is one hella gangster. That WAS my 1st impression of him.
But after working with him, and a few faggin sessions with him, I've known him alittle more. He turned out to be someone
sincere, humorous, annoying in a funny way, daring,generous, thickskin(when it comes to sales), helpful person.Take for example, today sales was very bad and the manager's demanding. Polly was whinin and stressin over it. Normally people will just say something to console. And hey, does consoling really help that much? Does consolin helps to make our sales jump big time. No. CK did what he can do for us. Instead of helping his own shop to lelong for sales, he helped us. I was seriously touched for that moment. It was a very
sincere gesture and he expressed his concern for our sales in a genuine way. This goes to show how
generous he is.
He is also very
funny and
annoyin at the same time! Ask me go eat shit all the time. He integrate funness and humour in his work., saying ridiculous things to "di siao" people. -.- And this brings up the whole shop's morale. Yet at the same time, he can be serious about work. Doing what he is suppose to do as an incharge. And you can just sense that whatever he is doing, he does it from his heart.
He is very good at lelong-ing. Not afraid of being paiseh and go out of his shop to lelong which makes us laughed all the time.
He's someone who has gone thru alot. A humble, down-to-earth guy. He does what he think is right. He is
daring enough to argue with big boss or other bigshot from office or even our manager! And he always argue with valid reasons.
He is really
charismatic. He is the first guy, that I thought was truely charismatic. You see, not many guys can impressed me as much as CK can. No, I dont like him. I simply admire him. I look upon him. For a few times today, I can simply just stand on selling floor, look at him work. I know it sounds alittle pervert la. But by looking at him working, it made me smile. Because I never knew such person like him exist. And because of my admiration for him, it makes me feel awkward to communicate with him. As the saying goes,
" Ren zhen de nan ren zui shuai! "I am sure, he will be a very good listener and advisor. Because he taught me a few things about life when we were conversing through faggin breaks.
And because of all these, he commanded respect and admiration for him.
At the same time, I know all people have their own flaws. Maybe, his good points can be his flaws. Perhaps his flaws were blinded by my respect for him. But whatever it is, the respectable CK is whom I've known
If only he's alittle taller, alittle more handsome, I might just fall in love with him. Haha.

And ohhh... I am surprised at how gentle Max can be!! His green hair and bengish face. Tsk! Omg. So gentle when he talks.
