I've been suffering from gastric pains. Never had this problem before but for the past few days, I've been getting pretty bad gastric pain during evening time.
My meal times have never been regular nor consistent. So it's unlikely that my irregular meals are causing me the bad pain.
My colleague said that it could be the hectic days I've been slogging and heaving through. Must be stressed up. But I thought it is impossible too! Because I worked and stressed throughout my poly years and I have never encountered this problem too.
Thus, I concluded that I must be really exhausted because all the meals I've eaten are in small portion. And I am too tired to chew.
I just hope this gastric problem will just go away. It's making me uncomfortable
