Every form of suffering in the world derives from ignorance, to love is to suffer. To avoid suffering one must not love. But then one suffers from not loving. Therefore to love is to suffer, not to love is to suffer. To suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy is then to suffer. But suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be unhappy one must love, or love to suffer, or suffer from to much happiness.

In order to free oneself from ignorance one must developed the true view, meditation, action and compassion - and compassion is the very foundation of true view, meditation and action. Be compassionate to wards others and be compassionate towards oneself because a person who doesn't know how to love him or herself cannot know how to love other people,

No matter how big or soft or warm your bed is, you still have to get out of it.

Free from desire, you realize the mystery. Caught in desire, you see only the manifestations.
